Principal Consultant, Cathy Lee, has spent over 30 years as a Food Technologist working initially for food manufacturing organisations, then changing careers in the mid-90s to specialise in third party certification and training.
As a auditor in a variety of standards, Cathy has assisted hundreds of organisations both domestically and overseas to comply with standards and customer requirements and to improve their current processes.
As a trainer, Cathy has developed, delivered and assessed numerous training courses to ensure compliance to customer requirements and Nationally Recognised Training competencies.
As a trainer and assessor of certification body personnel in her auditing, training and management roles, Cathy is able to provide key insights into both staff assessment processes and external audit requirements.
Cathy has been a member of the Australian Institute of Food Science and Technology (AIFST) since 1981.
