System Documentation

We can develop documentation to all required management system and specifier requirements (eg. Customer or retailer requirements) or update your existing documentation and simplify it so that it is easy and practical to use. This can be done in the development of “new” systems or in updating existing systems to meet audit requirements or as part of corrective action.

System design and implementation

We design systems around what is the most efficient and effective way of managing all processes to provide customers with product and service that meets their requirements whilst meeting regulatory, standard, specifier and business requirements. Process design and process management is at the heart of all system design and implementation activities that we undertake.

Systems Integration

We look at what standards, specifier requirements, regulatory and business requirements need to be met and design systems, or further develop/amend your existing systems, to ensure that one holistic and integrated system covers all of these requirements. This way, an organisation can demonstrate compliance with all of the requirements whilst having a relatively simple system to maintain. This also provides staff with the most simple system to work with on a day to day basis and makes it easy for management to prepare for and demonstrate compliance during audits.

On-site management systems activities

TakeOff Consulting can support your management system by performing internal process or GMP audits, chairing management review meetings, updating documentation and record registers, verification of food safety programs or any other activity that you may require on a short or longer term basis.

Staff/supplier training

The facilitators in TakeOff Consulting have been providing training, both public and in-house, to organisations for over 20 years. This training is in management systems, food sector requirements, specifier requirements (eg. customer or retailer requirements). We are also very experienced in providing training to auditors, be they internal, supplier or external auditors.

Internal and Supplier Auditing

We have 30 years of experience auditing all forms of management systems; particularly in the food sector; and this experience is used when we conduct audits, be they internal audits or audits of suppliers. These audits are conducted against all required criteria including management system standards; specifier requirements (eg. customer or retailer requirements) with clear reports that identify the strengths and improvement requirements of the system audited.

Systems Improvement methodologies

TakeOff Consulting has vast experience in Australia and abroad in reviewing and improving systems and their processes in food, manufacturing, logistics and service organisations. Our approach is to analyse the current processes and systems; identify where efficiency and effectiveness can be improved; determine the reasons for reduced performance; then develop and implement strategies to address gaps ion performance. We take the appropriate tools and methods from Lean, Six Sigma, PDSA, etc, to develop an optimised approach to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of processes in your organisation.
